Sandra has worked across a wide range of diverse sectors including telecommunications, digital & new media technologies, data management & analysis, media agencies, financial services, insurance, luxury design brands, pharmaceuticals, engineering & construction, and mining.

She has a well-established reputation for her work in cross-cultural environments supporting global companies facing the challenge of cultural difference in leadership and core management mindsets. Sandra also has a strong track record supporting executive teams navigating rapid transition and needing to lead with agility in the face of change.

Prior to taking up her consulting career, she held senior academic positions and published extensively.

Sandra is Australian and has lived for extended periods in Asia, US and Canada and is fluent in Japanese. She currently resides in Montreal, Canada.
